Preferred Female candidate must have good communication skills and require calling the provided customer base and selling the assigned product and fixing up an appointment for the fulfillment executive to complete the process.
Candidate must have at least three (3) years of direct field sales experience and should have to lead the team at least for one (1) year. Team Leader must have good communications skills, leadership qualities and to drive the workforce towards achieving the assigned targets. Candidate must be experienced in sales for at least Seven (7) years handling various corporate and should have direct contacts with decision makers. He is responsible for the entire team target and guides the time in the right direction to achieve the set targets. The daily routine would be to conduct the review meetings with the team for Daily/Weekly/Monthly target and motivate the team to reach the set goals or target. The sales manager should also handhold the underperformers to come up the curve and reach the targets, also visit corporate for desk activities.
